日本は先進国の中でも、大学進学コストがかかりすぎる国として有名です。その理由には、
①学費の高さ
②給付型奨学金（返済不要）の少なさ
があげられます。
アメリカ、イギリスも確かに学費が高いですが、民間の給付型奨学金が多いので経済的にも困難でも進学がしやすくなっています。対して日本はそれすらも少ない状況なので大学進学が大変なのです。いわんや海外留学をやです。
今回は、日本人が海外留学で志願できる奨学金サイトをまとめます。後日、発見した奨学金情報もここに追加していきます。国内、全世界、アメリカ、カナダ、ヨーロッパの順に紹介します。そのサイト数なんと46に及びます。
